Tips:

• If a woman is petite, she should be aware of overly elaborate or over-the-top gowns that will swallow up her tiny frame.  Instead, she should look for simple and sleek gowns with strapless or V-necklines and A-line or fitted silhouettes that fit closer to the body.
• If she has an athletic, boy-shaped body, she should show off her toned arms and back with a sleeveless gown or low back bodice. She should also look for a belted or fitted waistline to create more of a feminine shape.
• Hourglass ladies look great in halter necklines that properly support a large bust. A trumpet or mermaid skirt with a dropped waistline also accentuates this figure beautifully.
• Curvy, full figured gals look fabulous in flowing Empire waist gowns as well as classic A-lines.
• Also, if a woman has a smaller bustline, she should wear something that adds emphasis to her chest.
